Bread for breakfast is a common thing these days. But making your own bread and having it for breakfast, gratifying! My cousin had shared this recipe with me one day saying why dont we try this out. I thought why not.. let me give it a try! The recipe author had in detail showed the kneading part and had insisted on kneading the dough well as that ensures the bread to be soft! And it did turn out to be super soft and delicious! So lets bake this simple bread!

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

Combine yeast, warm water, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Allow to stand until creamy and frothy. Stir till there are no lumps of yeast.

  2. 2

Add melted butter, milk, sugar, and salt to the yeast liquid and stir it up.

  3. 3

Add two cups of flour to the mix.Keep the rest of the flour aside.

  4. 4

Stir the mixture and keep adding a 1/4 cup of flour timely till the mixture is not that sticky ans leaves the sides of the bowl.

  5. 5

Take the dough off the bowl and knead it on a work surface. Knead well, till about 10 minutes.

  6. 6

After kneading and beating up the dough for a good 10 minutes place it in a bowl.

  7. 7

Put a cloth over the bowl and rest it for an hour. The dough will roughly double up in size.

  8. 8

Take out the dough and roll it out in a rectangle shape, with one side being roughly the length of the bread pan and the other side being about a bread pan and a half long, roll it up. The roll should be roughly the same size as the bread pan.

  9. 9

Tuck the ends of the roll underneath, with the under side being where the seam is.Place it in the bread pan.

  10. 10

Cover that loaf up with the towel, put it back where it was before, and wait another hour.

  11. 11

Put that loaf in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes.
