Cocoa Sesame Oat Bars
A happy chocolatey bar that works as a great snack for kids. And well, grown ups.

In an ungreased pan roast sesame seeds. Set aside.

In a medium pot stir together butter, sugar (or honey), milk, cocoa, tahini paste, stir well until melted completely. Add cinnamon.

For the grown up version you can use rum in place of cinnamon.

Stir in oats and mix until incorporated.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Spread to edges and press down with a spatula to even off the top. Refrigerate for about 60 minutes. Lift by parchment paper onto a cutting board. Slice into bars or squares. Wrap individually to store.

Fight with your kid for a piece.
