2bananas mashed
2tbs- confectionery sugar
1 tsp-cardamom powder
2tbsps- milk /heavy cream
3 tbspscorn starch
1 pinch-salt
1 tbsp-shredded coconut
1cup-vegetable oil for frying

1.In a bowl, mash the bananas with hand.

Mix the rest of the ingredients with it except oil.

Spoon the mixture with a teaspoon into a pan of hot oil.

Deep fry the fritters and serve hot.
