Steps

Boil the eggs and peel off the shell and Cut it into half

In a bowl mix together the gram flour and all the powders(chilli, turmeric,pepper,asafoetida) and salt

Make a batter with gram flour mix by adding sufficient water (The batter should not be too loose or too thick)

Heat oil in a deep kadai
- 5
Now dip each egg half in the batter and deep fry in the oil
