
Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Heat spinach in microwave on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain artichoke hearts and coarsely chop into a food processor.

Combine all ingredients except jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
