Slice ginger and grind with little water.Filter this and extract juice.Set this aside to settle.(2 hrs).we can see a white part settled in the bottom.

Cut the lime and extract juice.Filter this.

In a vessel add the sugar and water and boil .when this boils thoroughly off the stove and add the ginger juice without disturbing the settled white part. And then add the filtered lime juice also to this.stir with a ladle.

Once the squash cools,pour into bottles and keep refrigerated.

To prepare juice pour 3-4 tbsps of squash to a big glass.add a coiled can of soda or cold water to this & stir and serve.
