Wash the spinach & cut the leaves into small.Chop the ethan into small pieces & immerse in water sothat it doesn't change color.

Heat a cheenachatti & splutter mustard seeds in oil.Add the chopped onion,garlic & greenchillies & Saute for a minute or two.Add the turmeric & Saute.

Now reduce flame & add the Chopped raw banana drained to this & salt & enough water to cook the banana.Cover this with a lid & cook till done,often checking for water sothat it doesn't burn.

When the bananas are done,add the scraped coconut & the spinach to this & continue cooking without lid till spinach is cooked & all water dries up.
