Cheesy Pancetta Mushroom

Preheat oven to 170 C for 10 minutes.

Wash and clean the mushrooms. Place in a non-stick baking tin.

In a pan fry pancetta bits and keep aside. No need to add extra oil, as the pancetta has fat.

Top with grated cheese and cooked pancetta bits.

Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.

Cook for 10-12 mins in the oven or until the cheese has melted and the mushroom has been cooked.
