Ingredients

  1. 4mushroom Wild (whole)
  2. 1/2 cupMozzarella cheese (grated)
  3. 1/2 cupPancetta (chopped)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 tspsBlack pepper (crushed)
  6. drizzleOlive Oil to

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 170 C for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Wash and clean the mushrooms. Place in a non-stick baking tin.

  3. 3

    In a pan fry pancetta bits and keep aside. No need to add extra oil, as the pancetta has fat.

  4. 4

    Top with grated cheese and cooked pancetta bits.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.

  6. 6

    Cook for 10-12 mins in the oven or until the cheese has melted and the mushroom has been cooked.
