1 tspBlack Pepper (crushed) -

In a non stick kadai, add oil and add prawn thokku

Break the eggs and add into the kadai

Add a pinch of salt and a tsp of black pepper

Give it a stir.

Allow it to mix well and the eggs will scramble.

Cook as we do scrambled eggs

Serve hot. To be consumed on the same day.
