Steam cauliflower and carrot for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in frying pan, put cinnamon, cardamam and fennel, when splutter add sliced onion, ginger, green chilly and little salt and saute for two minutes.

Then add steamed vegetables, boiled potatoes, salt and turmeric powder stir well.

Add capsicum,sprinkle Maggi masala magic over the vegetables and mix well

Finally add chopped coriander leaves and remove from fire and transfer into a serving bowl.
