1 CupGarbanzo beans Cooked
4 TablespoonsLemon juice
to tasteSalt
4 Tablespoonscoriander chopped
1green chilli
1 Teaspoongarlic minced
1 Tablespoonbutter , melted

In a grinder add the 1st 6 ingredients. Add a tablespoon or 2 of water if its too coarse.

After the garbanzo beans mix turns thick smooth dip consistency, add the melted butter a little at a time and whisk till incorporated fully!
