Ingredients

2-serving
  • 200 gmsPaneer shredded (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tablespoonsGhee (clarified butter) or oil
  • 1 cupOnion chopped fine
  • 1/2 cupTomatoe chopped fine
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala (optional)
  • to tastePepper powdered
  • to tasteSalt
  • bunchCoriander leaves a small

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat ghee/oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, saute. After 30 seconds add the chopped green chillies.

  3. 3

    Add the garam masala and powdered pepper once the onion gets transparent.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes, close the pan with a lid, for it to cook and  merge with the onion.

  5. 5

    Add the Paneer, cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed.

  6. 6

    Check for salt. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
