Steps

Skin and cube jack fruit.Cook with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt till tender.

In a kadai heat oil and saute chopped onion, garlic,ginger and green chillies

Add tomato pieces and saute for some more time

Add chilly powder coriander powder, and garam masala and continue stirring for a few more minutes
- 5
Add half cup of water and add the cooked jackfruit pieces to this masala.

Stir till all the water is absorbed and the gravy bind the jackfruit pieces.(If needed add half cup of thick coconut milk)

Garnish with some curry leaves and serve hot
