50 Gramsmangoes chopped fresh
15 Gramsalmond slivers
15 Millilitresmango pulp

Beat the cream till it forms peaks

Add the mango pulp and mix well

Fill this cream mixture into piping bags at the bottom of a shot glas arranhe mango peices, pipe this cream over and garnish with slivered almond
