A cake roll made using pumpkin puree filled in with delicious cream cheese frosting !!!
Steps

Line a 15*10 Jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with a parchment paper and keep it aside. And preheat the oven to 375 F.

Beat together eggs & sugar until it turns pale yellow.Add in pumpkin puree and vanilla and mix them together.

Sift all the dry ingredients once and fold into the mixture.Make sure not to over mix.

Pour the prepared mixture into the set aside pan and bake for 14-15 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.Cool the cake for a couple of minutes.Take a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.

Place the cake upside down over the kitchen towel and remove the parchment paper from the cake.Roll the shorter side first along with the towel.Cool completely.

Spread the prepared cream cheese frosting on the cake and roll it up again and pop into the fridge for 2 hours or so before serving.

Enjoy the delicious pumpkin roll !! Instead of using all the ground spice, you can replace it with 2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
