  • 1/2 KilogramChicken
  • 1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1 TablespoonChilli Powder
  • 1 TablespoonPepper Powder
  • 1 TablespoonGingergarlic Paste
  • 1/2Lemon
  • 1 TablespoonGarlicchopped
  • 1 TablespoonGingerchopped
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 2Green chillies sliced
  • 1 TablespoonSoya Saucedark
  • 2 TablespoonsTomato sauce
  • 1 TablespoonGreen chilli sauce
  • 1 TablespoonPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Once the sauce starts boiling, add the shallow fried chicken into it.

  2. 2

    Saute till the chicken gets nicely coated with the sauces.

  3. 3

    Add more/less pepper powder to suit your taste. Garnish with chopped spring onions.

  4. 4

    Freshly ground peppercorns give the best taste and flavour.
