Ingredients

  • 1/2 KilogramPrawns
  • 1 TablespoonChilly Kashmiri powder
  • 1 TablespoonPepper powder
  • 1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 TablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • To Tastecurry Leaf
  • To TasteSalt Tastemaker to
  • 1/2 CupCoconut Oil
  • 1 TablespoonGinger finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoongarlic finely chopped
  • To TasteCurry leaf
  • 2chilly Green
  • 1/2 CupShallots sliced
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 2Tomatos sliced
  • 1 TablespoonChilly Kashmiri Powder
  • 1 TablespoonPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the cleaned prawns with the ingredients mentioned. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour or in the fridge for max a day.

  2. 2

    Shallow fry the prawns.

  3. 3

    In the same oil add the ginger, garlic,the curry leaves, green chillies, shallots, Onions and tomato one by one.

  4. 4

    Add the chilly and pepper powder. Once the raw smell goes, add the fried prawn and saute well till the masala is coated nicely.
