There are various versions of Ammini kozhakatai (one popular variation is to bake urad dal in cooker and then add it to the kozhakatai. This one is slightly different)
Steps

First to make kozhakatai maavu (rice flour balls)

Take a vessel and heat 1 cup of water along with a teaspoon of oil and required amount of salt

As the water starts to boil add the rice flour and keep on stirring it until the flour is evenly mixed with water without lumps

Let it cool. Then make small balls out of it. Try to make the balls as small as possible.

Place the balls in a pressure cooker and bake it for 15 minutes.

Take a vessel, add oil and mustard seeds. When they start to splutter add urad dal. After it turns light brown switch off the gas. (So that the chilli powder is not burnt). Now add idly chilli powder, chamanthi podi (optional) and mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
