Ingredients

45 mins
10 servings
  • 1 large can of v8 juice
  • 1 smallonion, chopped
  • 2 cankidney beans
  • 2 lbhamburger
  • chili powder
  • 1 canstewed or diced tomatoes
  • 1 cupor as needed hot salsa
  • 1 canrotel (optional)
  • cornbread
  • 1 boxjiffy mix corn bread
  • 1egg
  • 1/3 cupmilk

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Cook hamburger and drain

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients to large pot and cook for around 30-45 min on medium to low heat

  3. 3

    Follow the directions on the cornbread box, I usually make mine in a casserole dish instead.

    Add cornbread and cheese to finished chili and enjoy
