Steps

Add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom powder.

In a bowl, cream together the butter/ghee/oil and jaggery or sugar.

Mix well until combined.
Gradually add milk or water and knead into a soft dough. - 4
Fold in nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or sesame seeds if using.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape into balls.

Flatten slightly and place on a lined baking tray. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C 10 to 15 mins

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving. Serve it cool
