Soak sama in water for 10mins in a heavy bottom kadhai add ghee

When hot add dry fruits fry till brown now add sama cook till 2 min add milk

Cook for 15 mins add sugar cook for other 5 mins add cardamom powder

Now it's ready serve hot or chilled
