Soak Moongdal, Rice, urad dal for 4 to 5 hours

Grind the soaked contents along with green chilli, ginger and tofu into a coarse mixture.

Add salt to the ground mixture

Add carrot, coconut and onion to the ground mixture

Pour the Pesarattu mixture onto a hot tawa

Drizzle a few drops of oil

Flip the pesarettu on both sides until its cooked well
