Take bowl all ingredients mentioned in the ingredients except the oil,mix well.

Now heat a tava or pan,add oil for shallow frying.

Make patties of the potatoe mix and fry until both the sides turn golden brown.

Serve hot.

Notes : add 2tbspn of breadcrumbs for extra crispyness.
