South Indian snack-Deep fried wheat n banana pooris.Its easy to make and a great go with curries for breakfast.
Steps

Mash the banana and sugar well preferably with hand.

Add the flour,salt ghee,baking soda and cumin seeds to the banana puree.

Knead with 1 tbsp yogurt.

If required you can add more yogurt in order to get better dough consistency.

Keep the dough covered for 3-4 hours.

Again knead the dough and keep for another 3 hours.

Make small ball out of it and roll in to round pooris.

Fry in medium hot oil.

Serve hot with coconut chutney or chana masala..
