Methi Onion Pakora
Steps

Chop methi leaves, coriander leaves, and onion.

In a bowl, mix besan, wheat flour, and semolina.

Add methi, onion, coriander, and chilli pieces. Mix well.

Add salt, chilli powder, jeera coriander powder, hing, soda, and sugar. Mix well.

Add water gradually to make a thick batter.

Heat oil on medium flame.

Drop spoonfuls of batter into oil and fry until crunchy and golden.

Serve hot with fried chilli.
Tips
Add soda for soaking low oil, semolina and sugar for crunchy texture, and wheat flour for softness.Add the water in making time.
