There is something so so intriguing about potato chips dunked in dark chocolate. I made these some years back for snacking during a brunch at home. The best chip with dark chocolate has been Uncle chips, by far. The masala on the chips is a gorgeous contrast against the dark chocolate.

200 gmsdark chocolate
2 packsuncle chips
1 tspbutter

Steps

Heat water on a simmer in a pan and place a bowl on top. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Chop the chocolate in small pieces. Reserve 1/3 of the chopped chocolate and place the balance in the bowl which is on the pan of water.

Add the butter and let it melt gently. Use a spatula to help it melt evenly.

Once it melts, remove from the pan and add the balance chocolate. Mix well until it all melts. In case the chocolate hardens, place it on the hot water pan for a few minutes again and it will be fine.

Place butter paper on a plate. Dip the chip in the melted chocolate and let place on the butter paper.

Leave it to dry on room temperature. Share and serve.
