  • 1/2 cupmilk warm
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 1 tablespoonsugar

  • 3 tablespoonsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar keep it for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    To the mixture add maida, salt,butter and knead until smooth for 15 mins.

  3. 3

    Shape in to balls and place on a greased baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Cover and let rise for 30mins.

  5. 5

    Bake for 10mins (200C).
