Brown Rice Spaghetti with Walnut cream sauce

Tonight I had just a little time to get a tasty meal on the table. Thank goodness I take after my mom! She taught me to always have pasta and some simple things around the house so dinner can be "poof done" within a half hour.
When we got home from violin lessons and just wanted to eat, I started this dinner.
Organic brown rice spaghetti topped with a walnut, cream, parmesan and parsley sauce served with garlicy sauteed kale was on the table in 1/2 hour. YIpee!
If you want to make this rapid prep wonder,

Ingredients

4-portions
  1. 1 packageSpaghetti Gluten Free
  2. 1/2 of half and half pintcream or light
  3. 1 cupwalnut (Toasted) chopped pieces
  4. 1/2 cupparmesan of grated
  5. 1/2 bunchparsley of -leaves removed from stems and chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to the package instructions

  2. 2

    Drain and leave it in the colander as you make the sauce.

  3. 3

    Put remaining ingredients except parsley into the hot pot, stir to warm

  4. 4

    Stir in parsley, the cooked pasta and serve.
