I have always wondered how to use the Masala Oats packs that have been lying with me. Archana's Kitchen comes to rescue in such cases. I used her recipe as a base to make these.

Steps
- 1
Pulse the oats in a mixer until it turns to a coarse mix.
- 2
In a bowl, add the cabbage, carrots, oats, besan, salt and pepper and mix well. Add 2 tsp oil and enough water to make balls of the mix.
- 3
In a peniyaram/appe pan, add few drops of oil and cook off the manchurian balls in the pan until golden.
- 4
In a non stick pan, add 1 tsp oil and add the onions, white part of the spring onions chopped and capsicum and saute for few min.
- 5
Add the puree, chilly sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Add few tsp of water if need be. Lower the cooked manchurian balls in the sauce and serve with spring onion greens on top.
