Ingredients

  • 1 kgfish boneless fillet
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspchilies crushed red
  • 3 tbspssauce nandos marinade
  • 1 tspWorcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the fish with the above mentioned ingredients

  2. 2

    Line a baking dish with foil paper and grease with oil

  3. 3

    Put fish on it and bake in preheated oven at 200 c for 15 minutes.
