Melt butter or ghee in a pan, add jeera and saute till they splutter. Than add onion and saute till turn light brown, add ginger garlic paste saute till raw aroma of the paste goes away. Add tomato and spices powder and black paper powder too. Stir very well and saute till the tomato soften, add chopped mushrooms n saute them a light browning of the mushrooms along the edges is fine, now add the grated paneer. Sprinkle garam masala and salt. Stir and mix the paneer with the rest of ingredients.

Simmer for two minutes till the paneer is cooked. Switch off the flame and add chapped coriander leaves and ginger julienne. Stir well and serve dhingri dolma with naan or roties..
