Bring chicken stock into a boil and add meatballs, soy puff.

In a separate pot, boil brown rice pasta according to the package instructions.

Once the pasta is almost done. Throw in the soup bokchoy that had been cut into about 1 inch in length. Add drained pasta and adjust seasoning.

Right before serving, sprinkle a table spoon of pickled chili.
