Boil meat with salt,maggi and onion.

Boil for 30-35minutes.

Add more water depending on how many cupsof egusi you are preparing.

Add palmoil and cover to boil.

Boil for 7-10minutes.

Sprinkle egusi on it and stir very well.

Cover the pot and boil for 10-12mins.

Add achi,achi will thicken the soup in about 5minutes.

As is boiling add crayfish,maggi and pepper.

Allow to boil for 8-12minute.

Slice vegetable and add.

Boil for 1minute and turn off the heat.serve with eba my favourite.
