Steps

Soak the omena in hot lemon water for abt 10min.

Stir fry the other ingredients in a pan.

Shallow fry the omena from the hot water in a different pan. For abt 15 min

Mix in the other ingredients and add salt n milk bit by bit.

Simmer for 10 min and serve hot. Best served with ugali
