Parboil your rice at about 15minutes to tender a little

Slice the carrots, peas, and green pepper

Pour the oil in a neat sauce on a low heat

Slice your onion and add to the oil

Add the sliced vegetables and curry powder and allow to fry for about 15mins

Add your salt and Maggi to the parboiled rice

Then remove the fried vegetable from the add and add to the parboiled rice as well

Add your fish stock and allow to cook for 15 minutes

Serve hot
