Ingredients

  1. barbecue sauce ---------
  2. 1/2 cupketchup
  3. 1/2 teaspoonred pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoonhot mustard
  5. 1/2 cupvinegar
  6. 1/2 teaspoonoregano
  7. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  8. 1medium onion diced and sauté
  9. 1 tablespoonsweet chili sauce
  10. 1 cupcoconut ice cream, or vanilla
  11. to tastesalt and pepper
  12. 1/2 cupsugar
  13. ribs----------
  14. 6 poundpork ribs
  15. 1/4 cupseasoned salt
  16. 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  17. oil-----------
  18. 1 tablespoonextra Virgin olive oil to fry with

Steps

75 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté the onion in extra Virgin olive oil.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients except ice cream with the onions and sauté for 7 minutes.

    Add the ice cream and mix well

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  5. 5

    Mix the seasoned salt And pepper

  6. 6

    Remove silver skin from ribs. Rub seasoned salt.

    Bake in oven for 1 hour.

    Cut the ribs

    Coat the ribs with the sauce.

    Serve
