  • 1 kgCooked Pasta
  • 250 gTasty Tom Jollof Mix
  • Grated Carrot 150g
  • Crushed Fresh Pepper 🔥 1tsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Cooking Spoon
  • 1/4 tspThyme
  • 3/4 tspMaDish Curry& Chicken Seasoning Powder
  • 3/4 tspOnga Stew/Jollof Seasoning
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • There's Seasoning Cube 1
  • 2Bay Keaves
  • 1/4 tspCrushed Turmeric
  • Peppered Meat

Steps

7-12mins
  1. 1

    Make your puree into a paste by mixing with lil water,nit too thick,not too watery,set aside

  2. 2

    Next,heat up oil,add bay leaves&time,reduce heat to low /med,after 3secs,add carrot paste, pepper,with lil of any seasoning of chicken,stir fry 5secs,add,Jollof tomato mixture,add all seasoning,stir fry till oil floats,add salt

  3. 3

    Next,pour in cooked pasta,reduce flame to low heat,mux well with a wooden spatula,till well combined

  4. 4

    Taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice

  5. 5

    Remove from heat if taste is ok

  6. 6

    Plate& enjoy with peppered 🥓 meat

Cook pasta till 90% doneness or cooked
