Ingredients

  1. 1 (14 oz)can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  2. 1/2 CupUnsalted Butter
  3. 2 CupsDark Brown Sugar
  4. 3/4 CupLight Corn Syrup
  5. PinchSea Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan with a whisk.

  2. 2

    Place sauce pan on medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  4. 4

    Boil for roughly 3 minutes to form dipping carmel, and 5 minutes for dipping / drizzling sauce.

  5. 5

    This Taffy can be drizzled, or for dipping candies, fruits, cookies, brownies, cakes, popcorn, or as garnishment.
