Boneless turkey white and dark meat roast

Although I adore turkey, I find it challenging to cook an entire bird by myself. When I only have one hand available—the other being used to move the wheelchair—lifting a large, hot roasting pan out of the oven is particularly difficult. Because of this, I'm constantly searching for smaller, easier-to-manage turkey pieces that I can bake or roast on my own without the extra trouble.
A boneless turkey roast is a wonderful choice. It offers all the deliciousness of traditional roasted turkey without the hassle of carving around bones. Combining both white and dark meat gives the best of both worlds — tender, lean turkey breast paired with
It looks impressive when sliced and arranged on a serving platter, revealing beautiful layers of white and dark meat in every slice. Since the turkey is boneless, it is also easier to prepare, serve, and portion for your guests.
I love how versatile this roast is. You can serve it with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, savoury stuffing, and cranberry sauc. Leftovers are equally delicious in sandwiches,
Serve it warm with your favourite sides, and enjoy a hearty, flavourful roast that makes any meal feel like a celebration!

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
Pat the turkey dry with paper towels and tie it with butcher's twine or enclose it in an oven-safe net.
- 3
Mix the softened butter or olive oil with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Rub the mixture evenly over the turkey.
- 4
Place the turkey in a small roasting dish with the broth.
- 5
Roast uncovered for approximately 3-4 hours, depending on its weight and shape. Baste once or twice if convenient.
- 6
Check the thickest part with a meat thermometer. The centre must reach 165°F (74°C) for safe cooking.
- 7
Rest for 10–15 minutes before removing the net or twine and slicing and serving.
