  1. 500 gmsChicken -
  2. 3 gmsjakhiya (Dog mustard)-
  3. Fresh red chilli- 3 nos
  4. Garlic clove- 6 nos
  5. 2 gmsGinger shoots-
  6. 2 gmsGinger-
  7. 5 gmsCoriander seeds-
  8. 2 gmsGarlic leaves-
  9. coriander leaves- for garnish
  10. 10 mloil -
  11. gmsOnion -30
  12. gmsTomato-30
  13. 2 gmsTurmaric-
  14. 2 gmsChilli powder-

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut chicken in small pieces and wash, marinate with turmeric and oil.

  2. 2

    Make paste with garlic leaves, garlic, ginger, ginger shoots and coriander seeds along with fresh red chilli.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and saute Jakhia (dog mustard), add onion.

  4. 4

    Saute till translucent, add tomato and mix with dry masala, and the paste. Add chicken and cook for next 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add water and salt. Cook for next 10 minute on simmering heat.

  6. 6

    Remove and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
