  • 2 cupsalmond flour
  • 1/4 cupFlax seed
  • 3 tbsptrucia
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Sea salt
  • 1banana
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupsour cream or almond milk
  • 1/4 cupcoconut oil or or olive oil
  • 1 cupblueberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine men's Flax sweetener baking powder and salt

  2. 2

    Mash Bana, stir in eggs, sour cream or milk, and oil, fold in banana

  3. 3

    Bake at 325 for 45 min and cool for 15 min
