Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables (TUMIS OSENG SAYURAN)

The vegetables are usually sold in a fresh state by the women tribal Papuans. Sellers who are not native Papuans - immigrants - are very rare because of the nature of the local population which is still closed.
They sell vegetables by grouping them according to the type and stack them neatly, sometimes they also sell vegetables in the form of blends (eg Garnison vegetables, vegetable soup, etc ...)
