  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 (1 cup)Sour milk
  • 2 tablespoonSugar
  • 2 tablespoonCooking oil
  • 1Egg

Steps

2-5minute
  1. 1

    In a bowl put flour.

  2. 2

    Add sugar

  3. 3

    In a diffrent bowl beat one egg then add in the flour.

  4. 4

    Add sour milk in the mixture then stir to mix.

  5. 5

    Place a pan on the fire then add cooking oil to heat

  6. 6

    Pour your mixture on the pan.

  7. 7

    Ensure both sides are well cooked then serve.

  8. 8

    Can be served with coffee tea or juice

  9. 9
