Beef stew, and greens with chapatti

Cut meat into pieces

Grate two gloves of garlic and a piece of ginger

Add 20 ml mala or plain yoghurt

Add some salt and oil and a tablespoon of curry powder

Add the meat to the mixture and stir well. Leave it covered overnight or for at least 2 hours

Chop onions and tomatoes, peel the sweet potato

Fry onions till golden brown. Add tomatoes and leave to cook

Add the meat and marinade and cover

In 15 minutes add the sweet potatoes to cook with the meat

Cover and keep stirring to avoid burning

Add some water to create a gravy

Once the potatoes are ready, season with salt and take off the heat.

Fry the greens

To make chapatti, use hot water to make an elastic dough, divide into pieces, roll the divided pieces separately while cooking on a pan

Serve as you please.
