Beef stew-Goat meat

In a sufuria add your meat, 2 onions sliced, crushed garlic and ginger as per your measurements above, 1 tablespoon of thyme, half a teaspoon of cooking oil, pepper and salt

On low heat, mix all together as per step 4 above. At this process, your ingredients are absorbed into the meat which makes it sweeter. Cover and leave to cook until the water from the meat is drained out and dry. As per the photo, that's what you should have.

After step 3 above, add your tomatoes.

Cook on medium heat until the tomatoes are soft and easy to crush.

After step 5 above, that's when i add my water, not too much though. Half a cup is okay. Am a stronger believer in boiling your meat for consumption :)

Cover and leave to cook. You can increase your heat until comfortable but not too high.

In about 10 to 15 minutes, your meat is ready.

Turn off heat and add your dhania. Your meat is ready to serve. I served mine with Ugali and a mix of sukumawiki and spinach. On the side, i also added a few slices of avocado. Enjoy!
