Slice potatoes into shapes, chop onions, tomatoes and put them in a bowl.

Squeeze lemon and add salt that is for kachumbari.

Heat cooking oil in a pan until hot.

Add the sliced potatoes and deep fry them.

Serve hot with kachumbari,few meat ad add tomato sauce
