Ingredients

  • 1/2chicchicken(sliced)
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1onion(sliced)
  • 2 slicesgarlic(mashed)
  • 1tomato(sliced)
  • Pitch of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the chicken in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Add the onion, tomato and garlic

  3. 3

    Put 1 1/2 cup water

  4. 4

    Cover with a lid

  5. 5

    Let it cook for approximately 5 minutes..

  6. 6

    Turn using a wooden stick and season using salt..

  7. 7

    Cover again and let it cook completely

  8. 8

    Serve when hot
