  • salt
  • cooking oil
  • 1large tomatoes
  • leavescoriander

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove scales from fish, wash and slice the body part and put salt.

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil until hot

  3. 3

    Add the sliced fish and deep fry. Both side.

  4. 4

    Serve hot and garnish with tomatoes and coriander.
