Lepet is an Indonesian savoury snack, oftrn found in Java and Sunda area made from glutinous rice and black eyed peas, mixed with coconut milk, wrapped in a young coconut leaves called 'janur'.

This time, I try to cook it without coconut milk and the result was drier than when its mixed with santan.
