I made this for breakfast a few days ago i loved it.
Steps

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl then mix them evenly and add in blueband.

Mix the flour with blueband until it forms lumps like that of bread crumps.

Then add in eggs and mix. Then mix them. Add warm water/ Milk gradually to form a soft dough.then

Then let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, in a flat surface, roll the dough out until it becomes 0.5 cm the take a knife and start cutting into desired shapes.

Start heating the oil for frying in a pan. Fry in medium heat.

Start putting the mandazi dough in the pan one by one. Fry each side of the mandazi until slightly brown in each side.

Put in a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Then serve with milk or tea.
